We are delighted to welcome a brand new Photographic Artist to our community for 2023. “Being in nature with wildlife helps to clear my mind, it’s therapy. The camera is my tool for recording those special, privileged encounters with wildlife. There is a magic and rush that comes with pressing the shutter button when your sought-after subject fills the viewfinder, and it becomes an addiction. Sometimes the addiction can be frustrating because it cannot always be fuelled. But this addiction is healthy because it gets me outside in nature. And when it can’t be fuelled, I am at least dreaming of those days when it can. I love wildlife. I love photography. I believe that the picture you take is more important than the kit you use, but there is no doubt that a good kit makes a difference in getting that picture. I use OM-System cameras and lenses which give me stunning image quality in a light and compact set-up that is packed with the latest technology and incredible weather sealing which means I can keep shooting when the elements turn against me.” Simon’s work is available on our website as beautiful Cards and Prints, the perfect Spring gift. We will also be taking it out and about this Summer to all our Live Events and can’t wait to share his work with all our lovely customers at our Stand.
