Sydney Bush Walk

from £3.00

It’s an interesting effect achieved here by Elizabeth, not so much Cubist as Legoist! The paradox between the smooth curves of the leaning palms, the twists of the stream and mountainous backdrop, set against the gridded ‘brickwork’ overlay offer another dimension to the scene. XL Prints available.

Elizabeth Barnikel

Having taught both Art and Design Technology, Elizabeth found time in her retirement to pursue her own work.  She loves to experiment with different styles and media and paints very varied subjects.  She is particularly interested in the colours and shapes in nature and the effects of light. Holidays abroad, some in hot countries and some in cooler ones, have given her plenty of subject matter.
